We offer to welcome you in our family pavilion. Named "Manapany"; this 1962 villa has been renovated in a contemporary way and we have created a studio for friends, family... So you can enjoy the tranquility and privacy of this studio : totally independent of the rest of the pavilion, directly accessible from the outside. In the opinion of the people welcomed : ideal for a romantic weekend or just a business trip. You will then discover why we are so good in this house : a quiet area but with all amenities : easy parking, small supermarket 150 m away (open until 8 p.m. and Sunday morning) And most importantly : less than 3 km from the hyper-centre, bus stop right in front, easy and free parking.

Jolie maison entièrement restaurée au pied de la levée de la Loire, à proximité du vieux port, dans un bel environnement , très calme. Jardin sans vis à vis délimité par une haie . Village plein de charme et nombreux châteaux à moins de 20 kms. Au rez de chaussée, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bains avec wc, grande pièce à vivre avec cheminée, canapé convertible et un lit simple. A l'étage, une chambre spacieuse avec un lit double et deux lits gigogne pour enfants (pas de wc à l'étage)

Comfortable cottage of 40 m² located in the countryside with free access to the whole outside on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, can be used or open access. In the winter the pool is not available. Gite rated 3 stars.

Fully renovated studio of 20 sqm, adjoining our main residence. Son is independent. Possible access to the garden. Parking is available in our courtyard. You will find an equipped kitchen (microwave, plates, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, cot. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some necessities. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will enjoy it for its calm.

My place is close to a Unesco Heritage Site, the green setting and tranquility are the assets of this tastefully restored maisonette. You will appreciate its geographical location, very easy bypass access. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
