Welcome to our cozy and cozy holiday apartment with the beach and the sea 500 meters away! And close to larger towns such as Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining area. Upstairs seating and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance several shops, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Cot and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately on arrival). A stair gate is installed at the top. Check-in from 14.00h. Check-out before 10.00 am. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and an attic on the 2nd floor. At 50 m walking distance from supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. Parking is on private property. Terrace with lots of privacy.

From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is located very centrally on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique place with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The downstairs floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, make-up beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Luxury holiday home Zeelandrust Meliskerke

From March 2017 our holiday home Zeelandrust is for rent on the beautiful island of Walcheren, only 2 kilometers away from the beach of Zoutelande. The house is next to our farm but not so close that you will be bothered by it. Around the house is a terrace with unobstructed views of the dunes at the front and beautiful sunsets in spring and autumn. The dunes of Zoutelande are 2 kilometers away. Outside the holidays, it is also possible with breakfast.( in consultation)

Newly built in 2021 holiday home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walk. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and floor heating.

On the outskirts of Aagtekerke, with in the distance the dunes of Zoutelande, near the cozy Domburg, lies our wooden cottage. An original Swedish vacation home with spacious garden. The chalet on beach campsite Valkenisse has central heating, a kitchen with dishwasher and combi oven, WIFI and smart TV, bathroom with toilet and shower and 2 bedrooms. The terrace has a 4-person dining table with chairs, a movable umbrella and a lounge set. From mid-April to mid-September, the beach booth on the beach next to the campsite is included. Friendly holiday home Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached vacation home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located on a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where there are nice shops and restaurants. From the park you can walk directly into the dune area which gives access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and biking routes.

Zoutelande offers cosy restaurants, terraces, (summer)weekly market and various shops. In addition, to the south, a spacious beach with several beach pavilions. Meliskerke is also 1.5 km away, where you will find the hot bakery, artisan butcher and a supermarket.
