This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end, custom made for this apartment. You can contact me in the Airbnb app Palermo Hollywood combines the spirit of a typical Buenos Aires neighborhood with leafy trees, small markets and friendly neighbors with the avant-garde of haute cuisine restaurants, bars with signature cocktails, advertising and film producers. The result is a neighborhood with identity, young, calm and a bit bohemian.

Located in the heart of Recoleta, considered the most elegant neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Surrounded by restaurants, pubs, cinemas, museums, shops and beautiful parks. The apartment offers spacious living-dining room with balcony onto the street, two bedrooms, one en-suite, fully equipped kitchen toilette, laundry room. Light and sun in all its environments. Excellent Apt. in the heart of Recoleta

Excellent space in the heart of the city. Located in Recoleta, close to many touristic spots and great restaurants. Great access to public transport .The apartment is always cleaned and disinfected as soon as the guests leave the apartment, so that the new guest finds everthing in optimal conditions and feels safe in our space. The bed sheets and towels are disinfected and cleaned by a specialized company. We follow Airbnb’s advanced cleaning protocol so your stay is perfect.
