Small charming F2, completely renovated! 15 minutes from Place du Martroi and train station! Nice and quiet neighborhood! Ideally located to do everything on foot - close to all shops (Carrefour City 300 m open from 7am to 10pm except Sundays from 9am to 1pm) and free parking in the neighborhood. However, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator with narrow stairs, which does not facilitate the transport of luggage. But I'm here to help!
