This studio apartment is located at the bottom of the property, and is part of the house. It has private access via quite a number of stairs from an off-street guest parking spot. The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

Spacious, bright and comfortable house in a quiet street in Ocean Grove. Large block with brilliant BBQ, pot belly stove and decking area. Heated outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach. Loads of lawn space. House is set up to host one or two families as well as couples. Master bedroom with newly renovated ensuite, plus three additional bedrooms. Beautiful timber floors throughout the main living and dining area and a newly renovated kitchen. Short walk to the beach, hotel, and parks.
