Edgewater Escape - Bayfront Condo w/Private Porch

Welcome to our "Edgewater Escape." These buildings were built in the 1960's and literally hang entirely over the bay in downtown in Ocean City. Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. The loft has a king sized bed and the downstairs couch pulls out into a comfortable queen bed. Full size kitchen with microwave, fridge, electric range, and coffee maker. Tiny House at Good Earth, near Bethany Beach

A custom-built "Tiny House" located right between our new dinner theater and our garden dining area. True to the show "Tiny House Nation"; cool interior with custom woodwork, stairs to a lofted bed. Fully functioning kitchen. Spacious bathroom & shower. We provide TVs and internet in the units but the quality of service is not guaranteed. We are in a rural area and sometimes it's slow or not working at all. If TV and internet are super important for your stay we may not be the right fit.

We have everything you need to enjoy your time in Bethany! Our home is a bright beautiful retreat to relax and enjoy yourself, located on the first tee of the Salt Pond Golf Course. Community Pools & Gym available. Basketball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Sand volleyball court, and Children's Playground access incl. Grocery Store at entrance to the neighborhood (2 min drive or a 10 min walk!) We are minutes drive to multiple beaches, shopping, restaurants & family fun!

Conveniently located in less than two miles to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. A first floor end unit provides easy access. The community boasts 3 pools, tennis courts, grilling area, and is a short bike ride from the beach and all that Rehoboth and Dewey has to offer. It is walkable distance (1.5 miles) to downtown Rehoboth, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shopping, and a world class boardwalk. There is something for everyone here! Sorry not pets

Sea Colony Premier Family Resort

Sea Colony is a beach/tennis resort. There are 10 swimming pools, 4 at the beach. The Fitness Center is new and has an indoor and outdoor pool. The Tennis Center has hard and soft courts as well as 6 indoor courts. The condo is on the East side which is a 10 minute scenic walk to beach. If one brings or rents bicycles, there are a number of paths which are safe and one can ride to beach in 5 minutes.
