The perfect place to unwind: A lovingly renovated old school ("Alte Schule Brandenburg") for max. 9 people with wildlife garden and chickens in the tranquil village "Sechzehneichen" (64 inhabitants). Surrounded by fields and forest and close to two lakes. Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

The penthouse guest room "Karlsson" is located on the third floor of our loggia house, is very suitable for two people, but can be accommodated up to 4 people. Optionally, you can sleep in the double bed on the gallery, or you can use the XXL sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) in the living room. The room is equipped with a modern mini kitchen and a new bathroom. From the loggia you have a panoramic view over the castle, the castle park and the lake.

Our EFH is located on the southwestern edge of the core city near the lake with bathing opportunities. Highway 24 is about 5km. The bus stops every 20 minutes during the day, about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The cycle path network is well developed.
