Large single storey villa of 210 sqm + an extra apartment (17 sqm), located in a quiet residential area of Tofta, 1 mile north of Varberg center. Works well for one or two families. The house consists of 5 rooms and kitchen, of which 4 bedrooms with 7 beds (+ possibly extra mattress). The villa is built in 2016. It has a beautiful garden with jacuzzi tub (also indoor jacuzzi). Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen as well as fresh bathroom. 40 min Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Relax with the whole family in this lovely yellow cottage by lake Fegen. Situated in the forest, nature is at your doorstep. Swim & canoe on the lake, or go for walks in the forest. Pick berries or mushrooms in season, or downhill skiing at Isaberg mountain not far away. Try cross country skiing on the trails in the neighbouring town. Those who want to shop, Swedens largest department store Gekås is just 20 minutes away in Ullared. Or simply just relax around the house or on the jetty.

Take the whole family to this amazing place with sea views and large plot! The home is fresh, spacious with room for many, with large social surfaces. On the grounds there is a guest house with your own WC. Björkäng is a beloved place for surfers. With its beautiful location and proximity to both Toåker and Varberg, it is never too far for day trips. Nearby are Björkängs Fisk selling day fresh fish and local delicacies. The local area offers nice small roads for walking and bike rides.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Space for the big family or the group of friends who want space to hang out. In the house there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub. Close to child-friendly beach for nice swimming or walking in the sunset. Neighbor with unique farm shop with locally grown vegetables and various goodies for barbecue night. Nearby, there are fun and exciting excursions.

This apartment is located in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Proximity to center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 min walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be utilized, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, there is a special need for something more, so we are guaranteed to solve this. It can be a bit responsive though, because it's an old house.

Large family friendly house by the sea

We rent out our lovely house with sea views on the west coast, 200 meters from the sea and a nice and shallow fine sandy beach. The house has ample space, just over 200 sqm, perfect for families with children. We live in the South of the old fishing village of Träslövsläge (also called Läjet), about 8 km south of Varberg, with regular bus connections to the city center. By train, it takes about 40 minutes from Varberg to Gothenburg.
