Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, comfortable, high standard, sea front with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco ", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmospheres. Not very recommended for people seeking isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.

In 2020 fully renovated, high-quality and lovingly furnished 1-bedroom flat in the heart of the pedestrian area of Sanary, yet very quiet. By foot the port is only 100 meters and the beaches are only 400 meters away. Each room of the flat is nicely bright with the same stunning view (SW-direction) on the old town of Sanary. From the balcony you'll enjoy the beautiful daily sunsets.
