Modern Lake Weir House

Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

Cute, comfortable 1935 detached home which is 900 SQUARE FEET AND PET FRIENDLY. Pet fees are negotiable because we love them just message me: The other side of the property has our main home. The cottage is newly remodeled and fenced in. Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Our Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access.

As good as it gets! Lakefront - with a pool!

This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. Find it listed under my profile. Rent both together for a big family gathering!

Beautiful lake front home on Lake Louisa. The home sits under towering Cypress trees and is 15 feet from the waters edge. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Louisa in the very large great room. Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table, watch cable tv, or walk out onto our private shaded dock where you can fish, swim, enjoy the views, read, play a game of Bimini ring toss, or just relax and unwind. For the safety our guests we allow 2 days between to allow full disinfecting of the house.

We are proud to present a No Smoking on Premises Airbnb. My studio apartment is just the perfect place to hangout. There is a nice fire pit on the back patio and logs to relax with friends and enjoy the warm weather. The black gravel parking space is for the use of the Studio guests.
