In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Quiet oasis in the forest and yet very well reachable by public transportation. By S-Bahn in 15 minutes to the central station and downtown Nuremberg. The house has 4 bedrooms, an office which can also be used as a bedroom. In addition, a huge loft living room where everyone can get together. Our lovingly renovated holiday home (building biology) in the idyllic village of Ketschendorf offers space for up to 7 people on 150 square meters over three floors. A total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study, two conservatories, a sauna, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen are available. In the dining area, there is a large dining table and a wood-burning stove with a cozy stove bench, which connects the kitchen and dining room.

Large cottage in a fantastic location; secret tip

In the middle of the Steigerwald is our cozy holiday home with saltwater pool and sauna for up to 8 adults, in a small settlement in the Geiselwinder district of Dürrnbuch, idyllically located on the edge of the forest. Enjoy the tranquility of our small village. The whole group will feel comfortable in the spacious house. Infants up to 4 years and pets are free of charge! Intermediate cleaning, if desired, can be done for a fee.

Pure nature on the edge of the forest!. A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sports activities. The property is located a bit off the beaten path. Nearby are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Bike and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 holiday houses with private, separated outdoor area. Free parking space at the house.
