Small wellness oasis with large garden!

In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Naturgenuss pur am Waldrand!. A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sports activities. The property is located a bit off the beaten path. In the immediate vicinity are climbing rocks, hiking trails a river for kayaking. Bike and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 holiday houses with private, separated outdoor area. Free parking by the house.
