Fairly spacious apartment, situated in Ericeira . It is located in a very quiet condominium 500 meters from the beach . This condominium also offers two excellent swimming pools (1 adults and 1 children ) and sun loungers . House with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathroom and a very spacious living room. The apartment has 3 balconies, two of which have a garden view and swimming pool, where you can enjoy the sun throughout the afternoon. One of the bedrooms has 1 balcony with table for coffee.

large one bedroom condo with splendid sea-view

The condo apartment was refurbished end of July 2022 and is now open for bookings. It is located in one of Ericeira's most beautiful gated communities, overlooking the São Sebastião Beach and the Matadouro Beach (which are all in short walking distance). The community has nicely treated garden structure topping up their properties. A walk into the historical center of Ericeira takes about 20 minutes, to the closest restaurants and shopping mall it's about a 10 minutes walk.
