We are located in a very quiet rural area that is minutes away from Chautauqua Lake and the charming village of Bemus Point. If mountain biking and beers are your thing, you'll have a blast exploring the many trails and breweries our area has to offer. Leave the cleaning to us. It's your vacation! The owners, two lovely dogs, and two bee hives are on premises.

2 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. just a minute from exit 12 off of I86 , Keybox self checkin arrive as late as you need to.. Beds and bath up on second floor, and it's an old house, stairs are steep.. kitchen, dining and living room on first.
