Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Accommodation in a quiet village of Máchova Region near the castle Bezděz (70 km from Prague) A separate apartment on the first floor with its own entrance from the garden. Equipped kitchen, living room, smart-TV, wifi, balcony. Above the living room is a gallery with a double bed. Bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. You have at your disposal a garden with an indoor pool, a covered seating area with a fireplace. Ideal for hiking and cycling trips around Mácha region or in nearby Kokořínsko. 18th-century half-timbered house in a quiet corner of the old town centre, and known as GutsMuths’ birthplace. Restoration finished in 2017. Enjoy the romantic atmosphere, classic furniture, and unique decoration. Accommodation offers double bed, pleasant sitting area, wardrobe and bathroom with a walk-in shower. "Maria" is a compact, cosy room for a solo adventurer or couple. No kitchen installing. A group of up to four guests can take this plus our other room, "Barbara" located just opposite.

🌻Please read all of the information before requesting to book!🌻 Hello and welcome to our beautiful farm surrounded by nature☺️! Perfect to come to peace or make excursions to the Paderborn surroundings. The guest area (1st floor) with private bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet rest farm just outside (!) from the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Unique and stylish, bright, loft-style apartment on a horse farm. The guest suite has 80 sqm with an open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with high ceilings, a large bathroom with windows and a terrace. The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near Bremen-Lesum train station. The journey to downtown Bremen takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping facilities nearby and wonderful walks in the recreational area.

Offered is a stylishly furnished apartment with separate entrance and maximum privacy. Furthermore, the sauna can be used for an extra charge (15€ p.p. and day ). Pets are very welcome with us. For the final cleaning 25€ will be charged. The location is an ideal base for hikes and bike tours. The Harz and towns like Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. can be reached in 30-45 minutes by car.
