Excellent location, comfortable and with a large balcony

Spectacular apartment with large balcony, in the heart of the commercial and financial area of Quito. It is comfortable, quiet, private and secure. There are several shopping malls nearby: Quicentro Shopping, CCI, Plaza de las América, Mall El Jardín, as well as La Carolina Park and the Financial Platform. Around you can also find pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, banks and cinemas. The new metro stop is very close; in 8 minutes you can get to the Historic Center. The airport is 40 minutes away.

Cozy suite near to La Carolina Park and Quicento

You will love my department for the location, the facilities that it has and the view. It is located in 5th floor of a new building. You are not going to miss your home and I can promise that you will want to return. Clean, close to tourist attractions and public transport to down town. It has all the necessary to cook and work. Two blocks away is park of the Carolina where you can exercise. If you are hungry there are 20 options around. You will never get bored in a cozy and secure atmosphere.

It is located in "Batan Alto" which is a residential neighborhood close to everything so without being in the middle of the noise you'll have access to all the things you want (restaurants, mall, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, bus/taxi station). Completely new in a luxury and completely secure building. Great location, in a exclusive zone, near the financial and business area of Quito. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and parks near the building. The apartment is fully furnished. We have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, american style kitchen. The apartment is very quiet so you will sleep very well. It is very easy to get to the apartment because it is located in a well known street of Quito.
