Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the heart of Breda. 500 meters from the center Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays, (romantic) weekend away and suitable for children and disabled people. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The sofa can be used as a double bed but the most pleasant stay is with 5 pers+1 baby. Plenty to do for young & old!

The studio is 32m2, with its own bathroom, shower, toilet and washbasin. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a half wall. The space is fine for 2 adults and 2 kids for example. Private bungalow (75 m2) in a wooded area with free parking space. Attractive spacious living room with TV and free wifi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Nespresso, stove and all cooking utensils. Bathroom with luxury shower and separate toilet, bedroom with double bed. There is a beneficial sauna (for a small fee). Very suitable for vacation but certainly also for the business traveler. Deurne center on 20 minutes walk. NS station 3.2 km.
