Nice and cozy apartment renovated and located in the heart of Salou, next to Plaza Europa and about 300 meters from the main beach (Platja Llevant). It is located in a fantastic area to come all year round due to its proximity to Port Aventura,Ferrari Land and Caribe Aquatic Park ; which is just 12 minutes walk and 5 minutes from the promenade which is pedestrian and surrounded by palm trees, colourful fountains,shops,restaurants,bars and all kinds of leisure for an ideal holiday.

The accommodation I'm offering you is a ground floor with a 200-meter garden, terrace and garage - Located on the seafront with spectacular views of the open sea. It has two bedrooms, one with a 1.50 bed and the other with a bed of 1.50 cm. The living room with full kitchenette, with high end appliances and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a large shower. The outside with bbq, shower and another toilet. Everything is correct and comfortable. Great to come with children and pets.
