The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. There are 2 Bedrooms with quality mattresses, bedding and towels for up to 6 people. 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second. The 2 single beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king size bed if needed. There is a portable cot on site if needed and blockout blinds in all rooms. The apartment will accommodate 4 guests, however we have a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate 2 extra guests at an extra $20 per person per night. We love to travel and love helping travelers enjoy their stay in our apartment. If there is anything you need during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. The apartment has been upgraded with new carpets, furniture, heaters and lighting. There is also access to internet & Netflix at no charge. Have a swim in the Pool, work out in the Gym or try the local night spots. This apartment is on the 24th floor with spectacular views of the bay and city. Just park your car in the provided space and walk to everything Melbourne has to offer. Close to all that Melbourne has to offer. Within walking distance of – City Center 5 min, Sporting venues 15 min, Casino 6 min, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 12 min Royal Botanic Gardens 5 min, Art gallery 2 min, Main Train station 6 min, Eureka Skydeck 3 min, Trams 3 min, Yarra River 3 min. Close to so much, yet a high rise tranquil oasis in the apartment. The condo is in the heart of the popular Arts Precinct and is close to theatres, live shows, and concerts. It's a short walk to the Southbank Promenade, with a number of great restaurants, bars, and shops to discover. Depending on how many people are traveling the cheapest way to get to the apartment from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport is via the Skybus, this will drop you in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Then there is a free shuttle bus to all the hotels just ask to be dropped off at the Quest Southbank in Kavanagh Street, or it’s around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the apartment. Otherwise a taxi is the best method, it will cost around $60 plus tolls and will deliver you directly to the building. Everything is within easy walking distance but public transport, rental bikes and the Melbourne Hop-on Hop-off buses are close at hand. Melbourne has a free tram zone around the city center only a 4 min walk away. The Free Tram will take you from - Federation Square to Melbourne Aquarium, Etihad Stadium, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Victoria Markets, Royal Exhibition Building, Fitzroy Garden and everything in between. The Hop-on Hop-off bus has a stop 2 min walk away and will take you to nearby attractions such as St Kilda beach, Melbourne Zoo, Docklands, Lygon St, Comedy Theater and the Sporting Precinct / MCG just to name a few. Hire bikes are just around the corner and will allow you to have the freedom to go where ever you choose. Melbourne's number 1 Tourist information center is at Federation Square opposite Flinders Street station, however we have a broad selection of tourist brochures available for you in the apartment. The Concierge is on duty everyday from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. There is Secure access at all times. 24 Hr security service is also on call. Pick up and return laundry service available at the desk (payment applies) (There is a Washing Machine and Dryer in the Apartment) Indoor heated pool, Gym.

Whale Beach Escape Apartment with Leafy Ocean Views

Floor to ceiling views just 10 minutes walk to the beach. This space has the feel of a luxurious cabin with all the amenities of a high-end apartment. Take in ocean views while relaxing in total comfort in this secluded, leafy hideaway. Escape the crowds for a longer stay in peaceful surroundings only 1 hour from the city centre. A lovely self-contained apartment with sunlit rooms decorated with easy elegance for relaxing and taking in the view. An easy 10 minutes walk to beach, cafes, restaurants and stunning bush walks. Public transport can deliver you and delivered-to-the-door public transport. Whilst being situated in a secluded spot away from the hustle bustle, public transport can now deliver you directly to our door. Guests have separate entrance to their apartment. You will occasionally cross paths on the driveway with hosts, Emily and David- happy help you with any queries should you have them, but of the general understanding that you need to just get on with the business of having a holiday. Guests are always greeted on arrival, with a bottle of wine and a welcome selection of appetisers and breakfasts to start your holiday off on the right foot. Happy to assist if you are dairy and/or gluten free. We have an excellent, well-equipped kitchen for longer stays and are happy to point you in the right direction for local specialty fare. As is the case for many spots with great views, access is via a short but steep driveway. Parking is safe and always available. Due to enquiries, we now have an extremely comfortable queen sofa bed which is very easy to return to a sofa during the day. Pictures still being updated. Please contact for more details. Wifi is available, as is a bookshelf with books, board games and DVDs which can be played on the large television. You have your own clothesline, and hose to wash off sand after a swim. The sunny outside table is great for sunset drinks or dinner. Relax at home, or spend the day exploring this beautiful area- see online guidebook or booklet compiled with all the great things to do here. We are happy to interact where needed. If needed, contact for anything is initially via text. We are extremely respectful of privacy. Stroll to Whale Beach for a swim or exercise, bushwalk along some of the coast’s most dramatic scenery; take in the view from the lighthouse above Palm Beach or just retreat to your secluded hideaway to cook up a storm and take in the view. This delightful part of the world is just a walk from Avalon village, or you can choose to have supplies delivered. You can come here by public transport easily - only 10 minutes walk from the L90 bus stop. If you drive, please park opposite on the street outside (the driveway is quite steep and needs practice!). It is easy to arrive by public transport bus, the L90 and E88, which are about ten minutes walk uphill, alternately we can arrange to give you a lift from here if the timing is arranged beforehand. There are also excellent airport shuttle bus services that will take you straight to our door from the airport. We are walking distance to Moby Dicks for weddings and a very short drive to Jonah's. Keep an eye on our whalebeachescape social media page for our regular special deals. Young/small families welcome: we have a portacot, toys, books and dvds for your young ones :) If you wish to bring your baby/child, as we've found many happily have, we ask you to please "baby-proof" the space on arrival- you are far better at knowing what your little one can get up than us :) We are happy to provide a portacot if needed, but ask that you supply your baby's familiar bedding :) We advertise "5 beds" because small families with a child have enquired about this with reasonable regularity. We can supply a trundle bed which is made up and fits under the queen bed. We charge an extra $30 per person. The sofa bed is a new addition which can have an extra 2 people. Please note, the trundle bed needs to be set up in the bedroom or sitting room. You need to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, so it is not for everyone, but it probably makes a place with a view and walking access to the beach better value.

Situated on top of Hoop pine Lane Hill 1.5 km from the peaceful beaches of Suffolk Park. Our Studio is attached to the main house with views of the Byron Bay light house and Tallow beach. Set opposite a nature reserve, wake up to the sounds of native birds and wildlife. The Studio is fully self contained with a spacious living area and kitchenette, with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle, and dual air-con/heating system. Our dreamy cane chair library space is full of wonderful reads about Byron Bay and Beyond, our local indigenous history, surfing, and guides of where to eat and what to do. The master suite has a luxurious hand crafted wooden king bed, with a large walk in robe next to the bathroom, with ironing facilities and clothes horse. Our studio is ideal for a romantic Byron Bay getaway or a family with a young child. For the golf enthusiasts, the beautiful Byron Bay Golf Course is only a 5 min walk down the hill. *An adorable and very friendly chocolate labrador called Mae lives on site, and loves to visit and cuddle with guests. Guest have access to their own off street car park in front of the garden bed on our property, and private entry to the Studio is via the paved pathway to the right of the house. Free high speed wifi. We respect the privacy and choices of our guests whilst on holiday, yet we are available 24/7 via mobile to help with any enquires. Suffolk Park is on the southern outskirts of Byron Bay, New South Whales overlooking the stunning Tallow Beach stretch to Broken Head National Park. It is 30-minute drive of the airport and 5 minutes from the bustling Suffolk Park community shops. Depending on the kind of holiday you are seeking, it is advisable to hire or have access to a car, for the convenience and accessibility to explore the area. To get to the Studio, it is 45min drive south from the Goldcoast, or 25min drive north from Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport. As mentioned the studio is situated on top of a hill, down hill stroll is always fun yet on return... Your booty will get a solid workout. Within 5 min drive to the bustling Suffolk Park community and beach access. Or 15-20min walk. There is access to the local bus routes. We truly love this space and hope you get as much pleasure, relaxation and enjoyment from it as we did creating it.

It’s just a short two minute stroll to the beach and ten minutes to the main cafes, restaurants, and stores in the area. Modern LG OLED TV if staying home with Apple TV+, Netflix, Kayo, Prime. Full function kitchen area, appliances, utensils. Hopefully our photos tell the story. The Gold Coast Convention Centre is just a 10-minute walk, as is the Broadbeach North light rail station (tram). Admire Harbour Views from a Stylish Apartment

You will enjoy a breathtaking view day and night, facing dockland harbour. Don't miss the sunset, it's beautiful!!! Please feel free to use everything in the apartment. We have washing machine + dryer for you to use. And the swimming pool + gym is on level 2. I will provide you a self-check-in information. It will make the check-in more flexible. The apartment is positioned right across the road from the Skybus terminal at Southern Cross Station. The complex is also situated in the free tram zone – although many are more excited about the famous cafe ‘Higher Ground’ in the same building. Well, big thanks to Melbourne! Becasue we have free tram zone in Melbourne CBD. And luckily my apartment is in the free tram zone as well. Please remember this is a residential property, not a commercial venue. Guests won't be allowed to host a birthday party, wedding party in the apartment. Extra cost + extra cleaning fee will be charged if this kind of situation happens.

The unit has a fantastic outdoor area and a marvellous rooftop area where you can enjoy the sunset, a drink and watch all the action on Hall Street. We are normally in the area so we are available for any emergencies should they arise This apartment is 300 metres from Bondi Beach. Nothing is too far to reach on foot. There are fantastic coffee shops and bars, modern restaurants, and trendy shops. There are a variety of bus routes that are within 300 metres Street parking is available but rather expensive. Beach parking can be arranged for longer stays.
