Fully renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath private home

Come and enjoy our beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances await. There is a king size bed (bedroom 1) and two twin beds (bedroom 2) and a twin size bed plus dedicated work space (bedroom 3). Plenty of storage space. Washer, dryer and second bathroom are downstairs. Private driveway. Fenced backyard space w/patio set. We are three blocks away from Metro North, and Mamaroneck Village, which has some the best restaurants around.

Located in a nice and quiet tree lined neighborhood. It's located right off Sanford blvd which has all the local shops. Which includes Stop & Shop, Target, CVS, Burger King, McDonald's and KFC just to name a few. Some of the amenities available are Smart Tv,WiFi, work station,coffee maker, cookware and utensils, iron, ironing board and hair dryer just to name a few. There's also plenty of parking. Convenient go to NYC, close to White Plains R.R.

From NYC by train 37 minutes, and walking from my apartment to the train is only 7 minutes, but coming back is uphill so it takes longer. Please read the entire description, and make sure the place, you are looking for, before you reserve. Convenient for shopping, dining, and walking distance to downtown White plains. My apartments are located on the 2nd Floor of my house. You can reach from the parking lot directly, a stairways cover by an awning.
