Swan Lake Gardens Country Cottage.

This cottage is situated in the country in a farm setting.We are 2 kms from the Airport and on the road to Gladstone vineyard . It is a 5 min drive to the Kuripuni shopping complex with many restaurants, a movie theatre and a supermarket on hand . The gardens are open to our guests where you will enjoy seeing the mute swans and other birds including a pet peacock. This cottage is not suitable for young children we have farm machinery and large open water spaces on the property.

The Tree House is a perfect, off-the-grid retreat for nature lovers, where you can listen to birdsong, see the sunrise from the deck and hear the river flowing in the valley. Two minutes walk and you come to The Watermill Bakery which is open for delicious pizza on Friday evenings. The Tree House is close to a small productive lavender farm, Lavender magic, who sell cut flowers in season, and Mount Holdsworth, where you will be able to access a wide variety of walking tracks.

White shed, modern rustic

Our rural shed is a spacious self-contained getaway with sun and views of the surrounding countryside. It is best suited for 2 guests, but can accomodate 3, with a queen size bed upstairs and a fold-out sofa in the living room. A fold out bed is available for children. We stock the kitchenette with free range eggs, locally made bread, homemade jam, butter, milk, tea and coffee. There’s a BBQ available. We’re 5 minutes walk to the Carterton shops and near the railway station.

Welcome to Twin Elms. This apartment is situated on our property but separate from the main house. We are positioned in a lovely rural location about a 7 minute drive to the centre of Masterton. You are more likely to wake to the sound of sheep and birds than traffic. Our popular beaches, Castlepoint and Riversdale, are only an hour drive away. Martinborough, famous for it's wines, is approximately 30 minutes drive. Tea & Coffee provided along with free internet and Netflix.
