Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/ darts annexe, is located on the widest sweep of the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Great family home on the beach.

A large family house on the seafront. Great for family reunions especially 3 generation get-togethers. Can accommodate all ages with inside and outside dining. Short drive to Eastbourne and Sovereign harbour with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Minimum 2 nights stay, prices will vary for school holidays and seasons. We cannot accommodate dogs at the house as there is too much wear and tear both in the house and the garden.
