Great location by good beach and close to town

Summer homes are rented right by the beach A view of the water and beach is pretty much right in the backyard. You have the whole place to yourself, 130 sqm, divided on 2 floors. It consists of a kitchen/living room, entrance, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a lovely large garden with terrace. Approximately 1.5 km to the icehouse, where you can also pick up morning bread and a small kiosk with a barbecue bar, which is open all summer and approx. 1.5 km to the campsite with a pool, which you can use for a small amount.

You'll love this unique and romantic home overlooking one of Denmark's best beaches and close to Rønbjerg. The house is newly built in classic Danish style that suits the area with a lot of small Danish summer houses that are close to each other and everyone greets each other. The heart of the house is a larger kitchen dining room living room area where families can cook anything from food, creative play or enjoy a great movie together. The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area.
