In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also very welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the juicy pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby bakery in town Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why travelling by car is recommended. Life rhythm simple living close to nature!

The life rhythm in the cottage is basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly created food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There's a wood stove.

Surrounded by meadows with grazing cows, our holiday home, which was renovated in 2018 and used to be a small farm, is located in the countryside. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.

The "chicken coop" is a small guest house in an extensive garden with many old trees and can accommodate togetherness, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shaded spots for the big ones to linger and covered secret corners and play facilities for the little ones covered. A swivel grill with fire bowl invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourself.

Welcome in our house by the sea! In 2019, we completely renovated these beautiful cottage. The rooms are bright, modern and cozy. The organic infrared heater meets the latest standard and makes everything cuddly warm during the cold season. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
