Lockoff basement with private entrance in a log home.Two sliding doors overlooking the Eagle River.My husband and I live in the upper part of the home. The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Mountain home paradise 1GBPS internet, quiet home!

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). Adventurer's Paradise

Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Reminder: This is the mountains. The entrance is well lit and shoveled but plan on dirt and snow. It comes with the territory! Lic. #006688

Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's mid-valley location is roughly equidistant to Glenwood Springs, Snowmass Village and Aspen. The studio is an enjoyable ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. There are a number of good restaurants from which to choose. We accept pets at the studio, one large or 2 small animals, there is a $50 fee if you wish to bring your pet.
