1000 ft above the valley floor with expansive ridge top views in all directions. Enjoy our private nature getaway situated looking out over the valley. 12 to 15 minutes to most everything in Chico. Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. Be one of the first to stay in this brand-new listing! All new furniture and bedding - this home was set up with guests in mind. Perfect for weekend getaways, family gatherings or work trips. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals just like home. Brand new gas BBQ, full size washer/dryer, gas fireplace for winter nights and powerful AC for hot summers. Close to grocery stores and restaurants but feels like a remote retreat. We love long-term guests!
