The city center of Noumea is 15 minutes away outside of rush hours ( rather 45 minutes on these times). Beaches are 25/30 minutes away.

Located by the sea and with a swimming pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a pizza oven. A pétanque court, a faré .BBQ ,Canoe, paddle, snorkel mask..
