Central & cosy 4 mins walk to beach & promenade

Dear guest, Due to building work outside the flat we are currently offering a 40% DISCOUNT on all bookings. This is a real bargain for you if you are prepared to put up with some construction noise Monday to Friday between 7:00 - 15:30. As for the flat, it’s conveniently located in the centre of town. By foot you are only minutes away from the beach, promenade, bars, restaurants & local attractions. A good bus service is only a short walk away to connect you to all major parts of the island.

Kim’s Luxury Rooftop Studio

Unique quiet studio with large windows and private outside terrace. My house is situated in a beautiful residential area with green parks. By car 10 mins to Larnaca airport, 5 mins to the center, 5 mins to the Salt Lakes. All the major motorways are close to travel to Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos and the Troudos mountains. There is free parking outside the house too. A great supermarket 5 min walk with good prices for all you might need.
