KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Small but fine: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m2) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an MFH. Typically, there are only small windows that don't allow as much natural light. There is a kitchen corner (Kühli, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink). Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Apartment I with wine view

When you visit, stay in the middle of one of the most beautiful parks. Enjoy the surroundings, the quiet dreaminess of the park and the countryside. We have a magnificent view of the vineyards and the city. Our guests have breakfast on the sun terrace and relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The city offers a lot of culture and all the amenities of a metropolis. Go on vacation in the city and at the same time in the countryside with the winemaker!

This is our little quiet 2 room apartment in the heart of the Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the back house of an apartment building on the 3rd floor, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tray, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel cot and chairs for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking is located directly close to the apartment.

Cozy 3-room apartment close to the center but still quiet. The newly renovated apartment with Smart TV and WiFi is located on a small side street with no through traffic and from the balcony you look directly into a small park. You can easily take care of yourself in the fully equipped kitchen, or you can walk to the center of town with numerous shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. The next tram stop can be reached in 1 minute.
