Small town charm by the water; only a 25 min. streetcar ride to downtown Toronto. Max 3 hr parking anytime on our street. Paid permit parking on Leonard Circle; Lee Ave, & Beaufort Rd among others from the City of Toronto. Unit is suited for a couple/1 person (TV room cannot be used as a bedroom). No smoking in & on property. Laundry for stays +7 days.

Our place is close to Trinity Bellwoods Park—in one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Toronto. The tiny house is a 400sf loft studio with a lovely private garden. Private entrance can be accessed through laneway. A two-sided fireplace adds great ambiance. Stylish, compact, and right in the middle of Toronto's trendiest area. Not recommended for little kids as the loft is quite high and is accessed via a ladder but excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Welcome to the Toronto Beach and to this century old home, right on the beach with a private pool and spa that is open year round. Explore local shops on the high street and swim, kayak (provided), volleyball, basketball and tennis courts right beside us. In winter, an outdoor ice rink (skates provided), cross-country ski trails (bring your own equipment) and lots of walking to be had. We decorate for for holidays, and the house has a real wood burning fireplace.

Our Airbnb has a separate entrance. Stunning biking trails are 2 min walk at Etienne Brule gate and lead to Lake Ontario passing Old Mill or north, James' Gardens. You can see salmon traveling upstream of the Humber River in the Fall.
