This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful old building from about 1900. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelmhelm Bridge and the popular south-facing beach with various and good restaurants as well as bars. Large windows leave a lot of light in the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and a single bed. It is the perfect fit for a great stay with family and friends.

My accommodation - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakers, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surfing/kitesurfing school, train station Norddeich Mole. You'll love my place because of light, rest by the sea, coziness, location, sea views over the dike. My place is nice for couples, traveling alone, and families with 1-2 kids. Beds and fresh towels await you - you don't have to bring anything with you except anticipation !

In this newly renovated approx. 46 sqm ground floor apartment with large terrace you will make a relaxing holiday on the North Sea coast near the beach (approx. 250 m away). The apartment is equipped for 2 people and has one bedroom and a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchenette is integrated in the living room. A flat screen is of course part of the basic equipment. A private car parking space is right by the house.

Dune Lock 28 right on the beach

The dune loft is just off the upper beach promenade on Wangerooge beach. The gastronomy, shops and a beautiful golf course are only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment currently has to be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which does not include the cleaning fee (see additional costs) of 120 EUROS and only the cost of 40 EUROS for bed linen and towels is charged under "Fee for bedding" (information under "additional rules").

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the third bedroom is in the basement. 1 bathroom with tub and shower and a 2nd toilet. The apartment has a beautiful covered terrace. In the living and dining area are two cozy new sofas, each with sleep function.

Please observe the Corona Ordinance of the State of Lower Saxony. At the moment, the 2G+ rule applies to accommodation establishments of all kinds until 22 February. Even if this is explained differently on airbnb (unfortunately factually incorrect). Exclusive holiday home with terrace for your own use . The highlights of the apartment are the exclusive bathroom with its own sauna and the south terrace with great views and beach chair.
