Small and cozy holiday apartment ( 27 m2) in the middle of the old town, a few meters from the pedestrian street with Maltfabrikken in the backyard and shopping opportunities just around the corner. You will be staying in a well-maintained one-bedroom holiday apartment, with a modern bathroom and a small but well-functioning kitchen. Everything is nicely well maintained. The apartment must be returned in the same cleaned condition as upon receipt. If you do not want to clean yourself, this can be purchased for kr. 300-. 1 bed is available on the couch for a child.

The kitchenette with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot.

Beautifully situated tiny-House with sea view with walking distance to Kalø Castle ruin. The house is located in a large garden with old fruit trees with a lovely little fenced terrace. Vi udlejer hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l. Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold. Max 3 uger

Den gamle stald

In the countryside, close to everything. Here you can relax and unwind. The home is set up in the east length of a farm. The old barn has been recently renovated, the exposed beams and broken windows show the history of the house. Walking distance to Feldballe and the eco village of Friland. You can hike towards Mol's mountains or quickly be in Ebeltoft, the beach, Djurs Summerland or Ree Park by car. The home is ideal for 2-4 people, but extra sleeping arrangements can be made in the loft.

The house is the original farmhouse for the forest property Ulstrup Mosegaard. The house also includes an undisturbed outdoor free space with lawn and sunbathing area.
