The unit doesn’t have washer/dryer, laundry room is 100 yards away. The property has 2 tennis courts, 3 pools and grilling area. Very close to shops, restaurants and other attractions.

On the other side of the lake is a bar/restaurant; walk or paddle to it if you don't feel like cooking. Unlike many vacation rentals, this place has plenty of parking!

We have one king size bed in the master and a futon couch in the living room that transforms into a full-size bed. We offer high speed WIFI with two large smart TVs and a full contemporary kitchen for those that enjoy cooking. Relax and enjoy a walk around the lake or community and feed some turtles!

30A Lakehouse! Walk or paddle to the beach. Quiet!

This lake house offers quiet serenity. Spa for 6 can be used hot or cold. Alot of deck space down below for a shaded area. Sunset views from house. A day is paddling to the beach or go in the opposite direction and fish or hike in the woods. Guests love to paddle or walk to dinner at he Old Florida Fish House. Just sitting around the house is a vacation! Kayak and paddle board rentals are available nearby. I no longer provide use of my personal bikes or water toys.
