Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna and Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer and walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, swing, firepit, grill and gardens. We DO have WiFi.

Country home with beautiful landscape, cows in the pasture, chickens in the coup! This is a working farm so there is someone on the property at times. If your looking to relax and unwind this is the place for you. Not a far drive to local eateries and shops. Drive a little further and hit the NC Zoo or Carowinds amusement park approx. one hr. drive. Close to Mocksville BB&T ball field BMX park Tanglewood park in Clemmons Ten miles to Salisbury. Parrish Place is a one room Lake cabin built in 1954. Beautiful natural pine walls milled from trees on the family land. You will have access to the lake and Dock. Great fishing. Kayaks available to guest. Private Deck for that morning coffee overlooking the lake. New gas grill on the deck for guest to use. We are Pet friendly , your fur babies will enjoy swimming in the lake and so will you.
