Spacious twin bedded room with private bathroom in owner-occupied flat - part of old Dowager House in peaceful rural village setting within 5 miles of Northampton City Centre offering The Derngate and Royal Theatres and cinemas. Bed linen and towels provided. Use of microwave and access to tea and coffee facilities in large country kitchen. Breakfast of cereal/toast and orange juice provided Bedroom has television and use of Reebok exercise bike, also tea/coffee making facilities. Restaurant, The French Partridge is within walking distance. Local village shop and pub within half a mile in neighboring village. Within 25 mins drive to Milton Keynes City Centre where you can take a Virgin train into London Euston (32 mins). Also 30mins drive to Silverstone Racetrack.. Conveniently situated between junctions 14 & 15 of the M1 makes it very easy to access middle England, from the Cotswolds and Oxford to Stratford upon Avon( William Shakespeare's birthplace) and Birmingham Also the delightful old market town of Olney is 10mins drive away. Off road parking. There is a futon in the room, use of which would make the room cosy!

We have a comfortable home from home for you to share with us. A bright and airy double room, ensuite. Guests have use of their own comfy lounge, or can share some company with us in the conservatory. We provide a light breakfast, or full breakfast with notice at a small fee. Ample parking in front of the house and EV point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). Coombe Hill, in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside, boasts the area's most picturesque views with five steeples insight. This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from the BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include a shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and seating inside and out. Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Self-contained one bedroomed (with king size bed) detached converted barn. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.

We live in a Victorian town house and your double room is light and airy with a private shower room (no bath, and not en suite but just a few steps away across a small landing). It is a five minute walk to the town centre with its great choice of shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Public transport links are also nearby and we are a two minute walk to the local Waitrose store. Continental breakfast provided.
