Right now, it's mushroom season: porcini mushrooms, mushrooms, etc. The train station is 5 minutes by car, the motorway exit only 2 km away, Romans 20 minutes away, the TGV train station Valence 30 minutes away and the airport of Lyon 1 HOUR.

The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.
