Our house with detached entrance and private garden use is located on Kargı Bay road. It is 6-7 minutes walking distance to Hidden Bay and Mandalya Bay and 1-2 minutes driving distance to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to provide transportation by local public transportation that passes in front of our house every hour. It is also a pleasant walkway for those who like to walk =) Datça is so close to the center and finding accommodation in nature is one of the elements that makes our house special.

Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Our house, located on the sandbox beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, is at zero position to the sea, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished, has its own separate entrance, is on the second floor of the two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can enter the sea comfortably. There is a bazaar just 100 m away from the main street for shopping, there are two free open parking lots very close (100 m).

A pleasant holiday where time stops:) If you are planning a peaceful holiday in our house with mountain and forest views, walking distance to the sea, we are waiting for you to meet the unique nature of Kargı Bay. Although Datça is very close to the center, away from the crowds, at the beginning of Kargı Bay, close to the sea (480 m.), and if you want to have a holiday alone with nature, here is the place you are looking for. From the nearby trail, you reach the magnificent sea of Kargı by picking chamomile, thyme, dry flowers according to the season.
