The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum suitable for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults. One SZ, living room with kitchen and a bathtub are provided. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

BlueNote liegt 40m vom Meer entfernt, Du kannst jeder Zeit mit einem Kaffee oder einem Wein in der Hand die wenigen Schritte zu der Bank laufen, die direkt am kleinen Steilufer steht und Deinen Blick weit werden lässt: der Bodden sieht jeden Tag anders aus...und immer wunderschön. Loissin ist mit seiner unbekannten und sehr natürlichen Küste ein Geheimtipp, ein versteckter Ort. Das Haus mit Garten ist nicht einsehbar und verfügt über ein Klavier, einen Kamin und WLAN. Wechsel immer freitags.

Fantastic apartment with sauna - 100 m from the beach

We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with large roof terrace. The apartment extends over the entire attic of a house built around 1900 in bathroom style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection forest, so you can already hear the sea rustling at breakfast on the terrace.

The apartment "Seaside" is quiet but still in the center of Prerow in a straight line to the pier. Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is 600 meters to the beautiful beach and the pier. This apartment was completed in 2019 and equipped with every comfort for a pleasant holiday. Underfloor heating in all rooms, modern new kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, coffee machine and much more.

Living overlooking the sea (1)

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You can enjoy the fantastic landscape and the water on the Baltic Sea/Bodstetter Bodden. Direct beach location and view of the water. Upscale and modern amenities in a unique holiday complex. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, in the first row and direct view of the water. The two apartments from my advertisement are next to each other with their own equipment and views.

Apartment in Villa Freia with sea view and 2 bedrooms. Top amenities and location. A place in the underground car park only a few minutes walk away. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a box spring bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and a double bed with sea view, 1.40 x 2.00 m. Breakfast with the sun, view of the Baltic Sea, with Nespresso machine, in the evening you can enjoy the sun on the arcade with comfortable relaxation chairs and table.
