Bright and quiet COCOON

Located on one of the oldest commercial streets in Rouen where several craftsmen and artists are active, and in a fully rehabilitated historic building, the housing has been refurbished. A truly privileged setting close to the city centre At first, there is nothing to suggest that by pushing the massive cochère door of 153 rue Beauvoisine, the visitor finds himself in a vast space completely disconnected from the street, a true haven of peace and quiet. The residence directly adjoins the Convent of Visitation -1630- (Museum of Antiquities) for a reason. Then walking down the aisles of the inner courtyard of the residence, the traveler ends up in the entrance hall of Block C and goes to the first floor where the apartment is 17. As we enter the apartment, two of our senses are immediately struck: calm and brightness. The accommodation opens onto a terrace garden directly adjoining the convent. With this apartment, you can't dream better to discover Rouen and then return to rest. You will have in the accommodation a large double sofa bed and I will put at your disposal a set of food for your breakfast as well as some other accessories for the bathroom. The property is accessible in its entirety and you'll feel good about it. The number is no longer displayed, so I will give you some details about its situation for ease... The building is located just stuck to THE BAR L'EMPORIUM well known with its red front, on the sidewalk on the left going up the street and in front of a kitchen workshop whose window is all pink. I will wait for you each time to open the large contemporary gate in very clear wood. there will be 2 access doors with codes. I will communicate the numbers to you as soon as you arrive.
