With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and new wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and evening. You have a separate entrance and garden We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. You will stay on 50 square meters on level ground. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. By the sea in 45 minutes on a beautiful bike path or 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Bee wagon with fire& sauna usable all year round

A cozy insulated construction trailer with fireplace, sun terrace and dry separation toilet. Off the beaten path in front of a large meadow with magnificent views of the prairie of Mecklenburg and pastures. In front of the wagon is a private fireplace with a barbecue, seating area and outdoor shower. Showering goes in cold weather in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hotpott in our garden part which can be used for a fee. As well as 2 e-bikes and a paddle boat. The kitchen is very well equipped.

50m from the lake with great courtyard

The half-timbered farm was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located in a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, the lake landscape right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the centerpiece and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, grill, play table tennis. In 800m you are at the harbor with swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rent.

Guest apartment "Kleinstadtperle" in Pritzwalk

The modernly furnished guest apartment is located in our enclosed yard in the city with dachshund and two cats. The urban green belt as well as the city forest with an outdoor swimming pool invite you to linger and play. Shopping, train station, cinema and gastronomy are within walking distance. Hamburg and Berlin are about 1.5 hrs away by car, Rostock and Wismar can be reached in a good hour. Lake Plauer and Mecklenburg Lake District invite you to day trips.

Lovely apartment with terrace

Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south-facing terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can spend a good time there with 2 people. There are private bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials of cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and can therefore only be reached via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful yard and you are right on the Baltic Sea beach with only a 45-minute drive!

Garden & terrace apartment can rent up to 10 people. The GW loft is cooked, eaten and relaxed together. The terrace apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 green sofa bed each in the living room and in the gable room. The table can be set on the terrace in summer. The garden apartment has 2 adjoining bedrooms. Therefore, guests of bedroom 2 must be provided by bedroom 1 (ATTENTION! Continuous room!!!) go to the large living area and the bathroom.

Since summer 2023, in addition to our popular houses, we have been offering the favorite farm, cowshed, hunting lodge and horse stable (bookable via Airbnb).
