Hi! Thank you so much for your interest in staying with us. This house is in prestigious condition. Only 4 min drive to the beach! Fully renovated, including AC, floors, walls, etc. Smells like brand new. LOTS of natural light. The house is surrounded by tall luscious trees. It is definitely a peaceful and cozy place to stay. 2325 Barcelona Drive is in the Seven Isle Drive section of Fort Lauderdale, the most affluent and safe residential area in the city. Sitting right off of Las Olas Drive the area is less than 1/2 mile from the beach and the many bars, restaurants and boutiques of the Drive. The house has a totally tropical private backyard with a heated saltwater pool and lounging and seating for a large group. Inside the spacious house there are 4 bedrooms and baths and sleeping for 10.
