The perfect home that's close to everything! The ocean is just a 3-minute walk at the end of the street. If you want to spend the day at a gorgeous beach, Popham is just a 10-minute drive. The Town Wharf is a short walk from the house and a great place to go fishing! Golf is a 2-minute drive over at the famous Sebasco Harbor Resort (open to the public!). Anna's Water Edge Restaurant, where you can eat lobster and clams while overlooking the ocean (Hello, Maine!), is a 3-minute drive. FUN!

This newly built (2021) Colonial has over 75 ft of shore frontage adjacent to the hosts 6 bedroom Cape Cod style house. Centrally located minutes from Intersate 95 and Colby College , Thomas college, and other Belgrade lakes destinations. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are only a couple hour drive through scenic countryside. In the winter you can ice fish, cross country ski, snowmobile, or enjoy the quite of the lake. Sugarloaf and Sunday River ski resorts are a 60 minute drive.
