Nestled at the bottom of a private track, Far Boathouse is a beautifully appointed tranquil, Romantic retreat right on the edge of Ullswater, in fact you don’t actually see it until you descend down toward towards the lake. Far enough from the noise and bustle of life, but within easy access to the real world, only a 15-minute drive from the M6. Cosy cottage in Eskdale sleeps 4, Great views

This traditional workers cottage in Eskdale green gives you a wonderfully cosy retreat and an ideal base for exploring. The cottage is a traditional '2 up 2 down' that has been modernised sympathetically for a cosy break away. Bedding and towels provided. Heat is provided by storage heaters and the front room has a log burning stove for a super cosy stay. There is a selection of books, maps, DVD's & children's toys. There is a smart tv and new unlimited WIFI for streaming you favourite films.

One of two traditional wooden shepherd's huts situated at the top of the beautiful Wasdale valley on a working Lakeland hill farm. Both huts have spectacular lake views over Wastwater and the surrounding fells and are the perfect bases for outdoor activities.
