Beautiful old house of the XVIII century with garden, faithfully restored, located in a beautiful and quiet village, comfortable to nature hikes on Lake Garda, just 10 minutes by car, and cultural trips in the nearby cities such as, Verona 29 km, Mantua 38 km , Trento at 72 km, Bolzano at 120 km, Venice at 140 km, Milan at 153 km. The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

A semidetached house with breathtaking views of the Lake and a large garden with a wonderful private swimming pool and olive trees. The house is "upside down" to make the most of the amazing views from the spacious covered terrace. Spacious and family-friendly holiday home on two floors with fantastic views of Lake Garda (garden, terrace, balcony and pool with lake view). Nice facilities, enough space for two families with children and a toddler safe pool (shared with the neighboring house). An olive grove stretches out in front of the light-filled house. Serniga as a district of Salò is an idyllic, quietly located village without transit traffic, about 1.5 km airline to the lake. Ideal for relaxation.

The house with about 90m², is located in the district of Crone and through the central but quiet location everything is within walking distance: local supermarket, playground, lake with beach, pizzeria and ice cream parlor. Hikes can be started directly from the house and a small surf school can be reached in a few minutes. Idro is also a good starting point in the area: Lake Garda, Brescia, Verona or Milan are easily accessible.
