The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

The cottage is perfect for families, couples or a weekend away with friends. Mill Cottage

My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the countryside. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

This is on the left of our family house 2 minutes walk from the cottage The 2 floor cottage has recently been fully renovated and you will find it to be warm, welcoming and decorated and furnished beautifully with full SKY TV, SKY Movies and Netflix available. A charming Cottage in the village of Mayfield. There is a wood burning stove for winter stays and a enclosed well stocked tranquil garden with outdoor seating. The cottage is detached and situated up a private drive with parking. It is secluded and quiet whilst being under 2 mins walk from a super village pub serving good food and local beers and 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village with all its lovely shops/cafes, delicatessen and famous gastro pub.
