Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @whoTYLE HOME of 38m2 + 6m2 of terrace. 3rd floor with elevator not overlooked. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking SEA and greenery terrace. Very close to the train station and port, a supermarket and other shops, 100m from the Thalasso, the source beach and the beautiful customs path. An ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace but close to everything! Atypical and comfortable apartment located in the very popular area of Gourmalon.

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 people (child from 5 years old) in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to shared pool of 12.50 m x 4m covered heated. 8am to 10pm. Preferred RESAS per week for school holidays.

The pretty Maisonnette with garden; )

Enjoy our lovely cottage with free access thanks to its key box. Ideally located in the village of herblain 5 minutes from the Atlantis area and the zenith, 15 minutes from the airport, also 15 minutes from the center of Nantes . Parking on the property is easy to access and free. Fully self-contained accommodation. Bathroom linen, shampoo and body produce. The sheets for bedding is included and installed on your arrival. All you have to do is put your bags down

Entire studio 25 m2 - independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. You can park in the driveway and access is through the terrace that goes with the studio. Namely : our exteriors (garden) are still being worked on. 5 min from Super U and close to RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min from Nantes by car. No baths please, only showers.
