The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Charming little stone house

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast.
