Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Living room and one bedroom is on the 2nd floor, the rest on the 1st floor. Children's travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge if necessary. The public playground is only 100m away. In the garden, there is a kl. Seating area. BBQ is also provided. Wifi is available. The apartment is completely locked and for your own use.

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

This is our little quiet 2 room apartment in the heart of the Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the back house of an apartment building on the 3rd floor, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tray, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel cot and chairs for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking is located directly close to the apartment.

Your neighborhood is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love.
