It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double room and a full bathroom. Fresh in the summer for its wide walls and cozy in the winter, as it has an electric radiator and fireplace. From the courtyard you access the terrace of breathtaking views. Rustic house right on the sand of the beach located on the suburbs of Rota norte, between El Puerto de Santa Maria and Chipiona. You will have the sea just a few seconds away and the sand at your feet, and will hear the sound of the waves from the bed. Costa de la Luz is known for it's amazing sunsets. Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

My brand new eco house is located in a small valley surrounded by unspoiled nature very close to the natural park not far from Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and close to the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we focused on natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land are mainly olive trees and from the very top, my has beautiful views of the Sierra de Grazalema.
