This wonderful 3 level, open plan & spacious house, is situated on one of Mexico's best and safest beaches. Extra large lot, with palm trees and tropical plants, which humming birds and butterflies love. It is securely walled and gated. The home is in the heart of Punta Perula, adjacent to the central plaza, steps away from the beach. Amenities, such as OXXO, mini-supermarkets, fish market, beach seafood restaurants and street taco stands are within a 5 minute walk.

We are just one block from the beach, two blocks from the nearest oxxo, 3 blocks from the main square. You can find private medical service in front, Restaurant Leonel's where you can enjoy a rich breakfast. We have all the amenities in the surrounding area.
