In my resort near the sea - 330 meters , I have available 10 duplex apartments with 3 rooms and a terrace. I describe below: Duplex villa with 3 rooms having a generous area of over 95sqm. Ground floor: open living room and kitchen, terrace and lawn, barbeque, full dishes, bathroom with shower, big sofa bed ,tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, each with balcony and second bathroom. The terrace and the barbecue are private spaces only for you group. Parking is included near the villa.

The villa has 5 bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms, minibar-type refrigerators, tv lcd ,and 1 suite with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the courtyard is arranged a summer kitchen where you can cook breakfast ,lunch and dinner for the whole family. Vis a vis is an ldl from where you can shop for your daily necessities The house is in use in 2022 .

OZZY villa is a villa of the type Adults Only, only for adults, with 6 rooms with bathrooms. In short a foisor endowed cu gratar, plita aragaz, chiuveta si toate cele necessare unei bucatarii de vara. The refrigerator and 4 tables with 4 chairs each complete the gazebo. The first floor is reached by an exterior staircase where there are 6 rooms with private bathrooms. 4 of the rooms have balconies. All rooms have air conditioning and free WIFI access.

Villa Darius , located in Năvodari , in a very quiet area.Just 1 minute from Kaufland and 5 minutes drive to the beach . The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, each with double beds , 1 large spacious living room with a sofa bed , kitchen and 2 bathrooms. On the outside of the villa you have a spacious terrace, barbecue place. In the summer season 2024, Villa Darius is rented only in full. No parties allowed. Parties are not allowed.
